Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 tsp sugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Ladyfinger biscuit or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee.
    In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Heat the milk in a saucepan or using a milk frother until warm and frothy.
    Add the mascarpone mixture to the espresso and stir until well combined.
    Pour the frothy milk into the espresso mixture and stir gently.
    Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa powder, and optional garnishes like ladyfinger crumbs or chocolate shavings.
    Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute mascarpone with cream cheese or omit it entirely.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
  • Use a milk frother for a creamier texture.
