- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
- ½ cup Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie)
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sriracha sauce (optional, for spice)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare Sushi Rice: In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fold into cooked sushi rice and set aside.Make Crab Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine shredded crab meat, Japanese mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sriracha (if using). Mix well.Layer the Dish: Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish. Top with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly over the rice.Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the crab layer.Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
