Ingredients
  

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Fresh Tuna (drained)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing muffin tin)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Lightly grease a muffin tin and press each wonton wrapper into the cups, forming a cup shape.
    Bake the wonton cups for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.
    In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion until well combined.
    Spoon the spicy tuna mixture into the baked wonton cups.
    Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onion if desired.
    Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Substitute canned tuna with fresh tuna or other proteins like salmon or chicken.
  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free wonton wrappers.
  • Best served fresh but can be prepared ahead and assembled just before serving.
